Elena specializes in Life and Career coaching, is experienced in most aspects of Human Resources having worked approximately ten years in manufacturing companies and more than twenty years in Human Resources Consulting. Elena developed her career in multinational companies such as Nielsen, Henkel, CRG and Mercer. She has always been involved in complex Organizational Development and Human Resources projects for first class companies, active globally. She is addicted to inner research and to the development of people's potential.

Elena was born in Italy and lives in Milan; she speaks Italian and fluent English.

Elena has strong professionalism and corporate experience. In the last 20 years she developed her career at Mercer Italy (Marsh & McLennan Companies, NYSE: MMC) covering roles of increasing responsibility in the Human Resources consulting reaching the position of Senior Principal and member of the Italian Executive Team.
As Client Leader she was in charge of major Italian multinational companies in the Energy, Automotive and Consumer Goods industries representing the entire Mercer capabilities (Health, Wealth and Career). She worked with clients to understand their business and human resources needs. She assembled teams to solve client issues and finds innovative ways in which to improve company performance by utilizing best-in-class consulting services.
Because of her great competence in Total Reward and International Mobility matters, she integrates Coaching expertise with corporate wellbeing and International Mobility programs.
