When we first started Pentago, we knew our WHY.
We knew that coaching had worked for us as individuals and how transformational had been for our clients in our own individual practices.
We also knew that sometimes individuality can be suffocated in an organisation to the detriment of the individual's wellbeing.
When we started talking to organisations about our workshops and coaching programmes, we were pleasantly surprised by the importance that most of them are now putting on the need for a better work environment, better communications, building resilience, work life balance and the overall wellbeing of the employees.
We have listened to our clients and we are customising our workshops and coaching to fit in with the organisations needs.
It has been very rewarding to co-create something that is of benefit the employees and the organisations alike and that is allowing individuality and creativity to flourish.
